I wanted to make a small write up for people who want to design their own builds but want some advice on certain caps or mile markers they should look to hit for their builds.

This list is by no means exhaustive, but general rules that I personally follow for each position. They don't take into account scheme or role or anything else.

It's important to note that I personally take many of these Stats higher than I list. These are the floors of these stats, in my opinion.

The main point of this is just to give newer builders some key areas to consider when they're designing out their builds so that the end result will always be within a certain band of viability.

----------
For all Players

40+/40+ Heart and Toughness.

If you're in a rotation of 4-5 players your Conditioning can be around 60+. For every person you take out of the rotation, add 10 conditioning on all remaining players. Example; 4 players = 60+ conditioning. 3 = 70+, 2= 80+, 1= 90+. This goes for basically everyone but Linemen, HBs and QBs.

Unless you're a HB, get your Snap Reaction to 40+.

Tackling should always be at minimum 60 Tech, 35 Power and Grip.

Pursuit on Linemen, 35+. Pursuit on CBs, 50+. Pursuit on anyone else, 80+.

Carry Grip to 35 if you touch the football ever and aren't a QB.

If you play on ST get your Conditioning 10 higher than recommended.

----------
WRs and TEs

Confidence is better than Strength as a Stat. Speed is overrated.

80+ Hands, CIT, Rec Consistency.

60+ Rec Awareness.

50+ Rec Grip.

40+ Route Tech, Snap, Footwork, Sprinting, Quickness, and Balance.

Keep Balance+Route Tech higher than Quickness+Sprinting.

Vertical and Diving to 25+.

Take the Prime Time SA to Silver+.

----------
QBs

80+ Pass Tech

70+ Pass Accuracy and Consistency

50+ Conditioning

40+ Pass Power

25+ Drop Back Grip, Pass Awareness and Pocket Awareness, and Toughness

50+ Heart
35+ Leadership

Conditioning and Toughness 65+
Snap Reaction 45+
Footwork 40+

----------
Dlinemen

The purpose of this article is to provide newer builders with a list of things to keep in mind as they plan out their projects, so that the end result will always fall within a certain range of feasibility. In order to counter each other, I think they will fire at the same time. When the CB is only 4 yards away from its target, EOTP can begin firing and then Cov Tech can follow up with a shot.

This is wonderful again, thank you Ellix.

Could you do something like this, in the general sense, for each player per tier?

So like R/S/J/P/Vet

QB conditioning 25/35/45/55/65

It's probably an extreme request, but I think it may guide rookies and returners on how to develop competitive dots (you don't need to share your secret sauce just how you season them )
